Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (December 20):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Heep Hong Society, The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong and The Church of United Brethren in Christ, Social Service Division will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
