About 37,000 admission tickets for exhibition on China's First Spacewalk Mission distributed as at 5pm

Please announce the following as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced that as at 5pm today (December 3), about 37,000 free admission tickets, i.e. about 55 per cent of the total, for the exhibition on China”¦s First Spacewalk Mission to be held at the Hong Kong Science Museum have been distributed.

     The spokesman for LCSD said that distribution of a total of 66,600 tickets started off at 8am today at nine LCSD”¦s venues. He reminded the public that the box offices of these nine venues would close at 9pm today.

     The nine ticket distribution venues are:
- Hong Kong City Hall
- Hong Kong Central Library
- Hong Kong Central Centre
- Hong Kong Science Museum
- Sha Tin Town Hall
- Tsuen Wan Town Hall
- Kwai Tsing Theatre
- Tuen Mun Town Hall, and
- Yuen Long Theatre

     If there is any remaining ticket after the distribution today, members of the public may get them from the Hong Kong Science Museum starting from tomorrow.

     The spokesman added that audience of the exhibition, upon the presentation of a ticket, will receive a special display pamphlet and a sticker. The pamphlet contains detailed explanation on highlight exhibits and is illustrated with rare photographs taken during the spacewalk mission.
