Final voter turnout for Wong Tai Sin DC by-election (with photo)

As at the close of the poll at 10.30pm, 4,538 of the 10,978 registered electors of the Tsz Wan West constituency had cast their ballots in today's (November 30) Wong Tai Sin District Council by-election, representing a turnout of 41.34 %. The poll started at 7.30am.
