SHA congratulates Wang Chen

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, today (November 30) congratulated Hong Kong badminton player Wang Chen for winning the Womenˇ¦s Singles in the YONEX-SUNRISE Hong Kong Open Badminton Super Series 2008.
"Wang Chen has fully demonstrated perseverance and sportsmanship in the competition," Mr Tsang said after watching the event.
This is the first time Hong Kong player wins the open badminton competition.
