Missing person located

A 68-year-old man who was reported missing on November 16 in Tsuen Wan has been located today (November 20).
Ngai Yin-shan, 68, left an elderly home on Tsuen Fu Street in the morning of November 16 and did not return. Staff of the elderly home made a report to Police in the afternoon.
The man was located in a shopping centre in Cho Yiu Chuen in Kwai Chung early this morning. He was not injured and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
