The Government has encouraged people to express their views on the 2008-09 Policy Address and the 18 District Offices of the Home Affairs Department will organise district forums from October 21 to 30 to gauge public views.
The Home Affairs Department has invited Under Secretaries from different policy bureaus to be moderators of the district forums.
People are welcome to participate in the forums and those interested should register through the reservation hotlines of respective district offices during office hours. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
