Young people publish exchange experiences to Youth.gov.hk
*********************************************************

The government youth portal (Youth.gov.hk) this summer launched a web database for youth Mainland exchange programmes. The database is aimed at providing one-stop information for those interested in visiting Hong Kong's home country. With support from the Commission on Youth, encouraging responses have been received from more than 100 organisations. Exchange programmes covered more than 24 provinces in China.

With the summer vacation over, young people who had travelled to the Mainland have returned and have a lot of stories and feelings to share. Joining with the organisers, Youth.gov.hk will present the travelogues of the participants in the new sharing section where viewers will find short articles, photos and video clips for public viewing. People may now log on to the website for a full account of these journeys, and learn about the reflections and feelings during the trip.

Watch out for more articles for sharing to be uploaded to the website. People who would like to follow the travellers' footsteps and see China for themselves, do not hesitate to look for new exchange programmes in the database that suit their interests.
