Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (September 27):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care, The Hong Kong Buddhist Association and Society for the Welfare of the Autistic Persons will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
