CE concerned about victims of Shenzhen blaze

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, and the SARG extend their condolences to the injured and the families of the victims involved in the Shenzhen blaze yesterday (September 20). The Chief Executive had called up the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong (GDETO) to learn more about the situation.
A Government spokesman said the SARG would, through the GDETO and Immigration Department colleagues, contact the injured and families of the victims to understand their needs and provide assistance as necessary.
The SARG will continue to remain in touch with the relevant Mainland authorities over the incident.
