Reporter: Mr Tsang... Are you surprised by the turnout?
Chief Executive: Well, the turnout is a decision by the electors themselves. We must respect their decision and judgment. The preparatory work for this year's election is no less intense and no less well prepared than the previous election in 2004. So the outcome is a matter of decision and judgment of individual electors. As I said, we must respect their judgment.¡@
