LCKRC inmate found dead

¡@ A 39-year-old inmate of Lai Chi Kok Reception Centre (LCKRC) was found by staff of the institution hanging in his cell with strings made of torn pants about 9.30pm last night (September 3).
First aid was immediately given at the scene and the inmate was then taken to Princess Margaret Hospital, where he was certified dead at 10.20pm.
The case was reported to police and his relative was informed. An inquest will be held by the Coroner's Court.
The inmate, surnamed Tso, was admitted to LCKRC on August 27 on a charge of theft.
