Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 30):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today (August 30) is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Brain Foundation Limited, Asia Women's League Limited and Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service - Hong Kong will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
