Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 20):
The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 20) is an endorsed non-Saturday territory-wide flag day, which is allocated to The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups to sell flags throughout the territory from 7am to 12.30pm.
