Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 13):
The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 13) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to St. James' Settlement, Barnabas Charitable Service Association Limited and Echo Valley Evangelistic Association for the Handicaps Limited to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
