Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 6):
The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 6) is an endorsed non-Saturday territory-wide flag day, which is allocated to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals to sell flags throughout the territory from 7am to 12.30pm.
