Man charged with murder

Police today (July 31) charged a 23-year-old man with one count of murder.
The man was arrested in connection with a murder case in which his 75-year-old stepfather was found injured inside a flat at 18 Fung Yi St in Kowloon City yesterday morning (July 30) with multiple injuries and he was subsequently confirmed dead at scene.
An autopsy conducted today revealed that the deceased died of multiple stab wounds on his chest and neck.
The man will appear in Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts tomorrow morning (August 1).
