Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 23):
The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (July 23) is an endorsed non-Saturday territory-wide flag day, which is allocated to Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF to sell flags throughout the territory from 7am to 12.30pm.
