West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade Phase I to reopen at night

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (July 21) that Phase I of West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade (its entrance near Austin Road West) will reopen tonight.
The facility has been temporarily closed at night since July 17 due to power failure.
