"Mcdull Dictionary", a new project explaining common terms in Hong Kong, is up and running, while renowned writer and TV celebrity, Mr Ong Yi-hing, has made his debut as our "star blogger" in the "Youth Corner".     In "Mcdull Dictionary", Mcdull and his bunch of friends will share with you each week the meaning of different terms commonly used by the government, media and public. Civic education is made easy through these adorable cartoon characters on an e-learning platform especially designed for young people. (Only the Chinese version is available.)
