Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, today (June 28) delivered a welcome speech at the ceremony to launch the Territory-wide Campaign Against Youth Drug Abuse. The campaign is one of the main initiatives of the Task Force on Youth Drug Abuse led by the Secretary for Justice.
