As the Hong Kong Observatory has issued strong wind signal no.3 at 11:15 am today (June 25), the President of the Legislative Council, Hon Mrs Rita Fan, has instructed that the Council meeting originally scheduled for today at 11 am will be held at 2:30 pm this afternoon in the Chamber of the Legislative Council Building, in order to deal with the agenda items of the meeting as soon as possible.
