"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning evening schools:
As the Hong Kong Observatory expects that the tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 is likely to be issued within two hours, classes of evening schools are suspended today. Evening schools should implement contingency measures to ensure the safety of students. They should ensure that conditions are safe before students are allowed to return home."
