The Town Planning Board today (June 13) announced amendments to the approved Shap Sz Heung Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involve revision to the development restrictions in the Notes for the ¡§Comprehensive Development Area¡¨ zone to reflect the latest land use proposal.
The draft Shap Sz Heung OZP No. S/NE-SSH/8, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in the North Point and Sha Tin Government Offices, the Sha Tin, Tai Po and North District Planning Office, the Tai Po District Office and the Sai Kung North Rural Committee.
Any person may make representation in respect of the amendments in writing to the Secretary of the Board on or before August 13. Representations made to the board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft plan are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed at the board¡¦s website at http://www.info.gov.hk/tpb/
