Services provided by Mobile Libraries 5 and 10 would be suspended at different periods in June and July for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (June 4).
Service points covered by Mobile Library 5 to be affected from June 16-21 are: Hin Keng Estate and Kam Tai Court in Sha Tin; Kin Ming Estate and Tsui Lam Estate in Sai Kung; Fu Shin Estate and Fu Heng Estate in Tai Po; Bayview Garden in Tsuen Wan and Tai Wo Hau Estate in Kwai Ching. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 5, please call 2696 5842.
Service points served by Mobile Library 10 to be affected from June 23 to July 5 are Lung Mun Oasis in Tuen Mun; Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Wah Estate in Yuen Long; Cheung Wang Estate and Kwai Chung Estate in Kwai Tsing and Shuen Wan in Tai Po. For enquiries about the services of Mobile Library 10, please call 2450 1857.
People are welcome to use other public libraries during these service suspension periods of the mobile libraries. They may also renew library materials by telephone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk.
