FSD logistic support team leaves for Sichuan

    Two fire officers of the Fire Services Department were deployed this morning (May 20) to the earthquake disaster area in Sichuan to provide logistic support for the Hong Kong SAR search and rescue (R&S) team at Hanwang in Mianzhu.
   
    They left with about 1.5 tonnes of equipment including medical material, light-duty search and rescue tools, personal items for the R&S team members and drinking water.
