The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, attends a breakfast meeting with the French Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, Mr Michel Barnier, in Paris today (May 13, Paris time). Mr Barnier accepted Mr Tang's invitation to come to Hong Kong to watch the Olympic Equestrian Events in August.   Close
