The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Hong Kong Neuro-Muscular Disease Association, Kwun Tong Methodist Social Service and Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip & Palate will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
