Missing Person Located

A 23-year-old man who was reported missing in Wong Tai Sin was located today (February 22).
Lam Seung-man, 23, left his grandparents' home at Rhythm Garden on February 13 and failed to return. His family made a report to Police on the next day.
He was located in a shopping mall at Wah Kwai Estate in Aberdeen.
The man sustained no injuries. No suspicious circumstances were detected.
