Man dies in fire in Tsing Yi

An 87-year-old man died in a No.1 alarm fire in Tsing Yi this morning (February 22).
The fire broke out at a domestic unit on the 19th floor, Hong Kwai House, Cheung Hong Estate, Tsing Yi, at about 11.30am today.
It was put out before firemen arrived.
An obviously dead man whose upper body was seriously burnt was found inside the kitchen. An 83-year-old woman sustained injuries to her hand while trying to put out the fire.
No suspicious circumstances were detected.
