The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Increasing Revenue and Cutting Expenditures Through Lean 5-S Management" on February 21 (Thursday). The seminar will introduce "Lean 5-S Management" and explore how it can add value to the businesses of small and medium enterprises.
Speakers include Founder Chair of Hong Kong 5-S Association Prof Sam Ho, Managing Director of Ocean Empire International Ltd.Mr John Choi and Director & General Manager of Uchiya Hong Kong Ltd. Mr T W Leung. They will share their success stories in implementation of "Lean 5-S Management".
The seminar will be held on February 21 at 2.30pm at the Lecture Theatre, Ground Floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau Station Exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese with free admission.
