Hongkong Post announced today (January 29) that as advised by the China Post, both the outbound and inbound postal operations are affected by the continuous snow in vast areas in the southern and eastern parts of Mainland China. The postal services in most part of the Mainland will be affected and there will be delay in mail delivery services, including Speedpost, which will be more notable in the following provinces:
