Following is the transcript of remarks made by the Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow, at a stand-up media session after officiating at the opening ceremony of the Farmfest today (January 12):
Maybe I repeat in English about the responsibility of doctors in beauty company. Irrespective of what the relation is between the company and the doctor, as long as the doctor is prescribing drugs in any circumstances, he is also serving the public as a doctor, so he has to fulfil the professional responsibility and also comply with code of practice.
