The Leisure and Cultural Services Department reminds people to be orderly and keep places clean while celebrating the end of 2007 tonight. Rubbish should be put in litter bins. Littering is liable to a fixed penalty of $1,500.
The Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and the piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre are crowded. People who intend to go there should mind their own safety.
