Auctions of the Hong Kong Flower Show 2008 commercial stalls will be held on December 10 (Monday).
The Hong Kong Flower Show 2008 will be held from March 14 to 24, 2008, at Victoria Park on Hong Kong Island. For the flower show, 34 goods stalls each measuring 5 metres by 5m, 4 goods stalls each measuring 5m by 10m, 6 fast food stalls each measuring 5m by 10m, and 4 dry food stalls each measuring 5m by 5m will be up for auction.
The stalls will be auctioned on Monday at Lockhart Road Sports Centre (11/F Lockhart Road Municipal Services Building, 225 Hennessy Road, Wanchai). Details are as follows:
Auction time: 10am - noon
Stall type: Fast food stalls, dry food stalls
Upset price:
Fast food stall (5mx10m): $19,200
Dry food stall (5mx5m): $9,600
Auction time: 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Stall type: Goods stalls
Upset price:
Goods stalls (5mx5m): $14,400
Goods stalls (5mx10m): $28,800
Layout and location plans showing the commercial stalls to be auctioned are on display at the following venues:
(1) All District Leisure Services Offices of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department;
(2) Lift Lobby at 11th Floor, Leisure and Cultural Services Department Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Shatin;
(3) All District Offices of the Home Affairs Department.
Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Bidders can bid for more than one stall.
