Learn more about Asian puppetry (with photos)

    To tie in with the "Asian Puppet Series", which features top Asian puppet performing troupes from the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan from last month (October) to March, 2008, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department will hold a series of activities to give participants opportunities to learn more about puppetry.

     These free fringe activities are exhibitions, demonstrations, talks and foyer performance. Participants in the activities will gain more knowledge about Asian puppetry in an interactive environment. Visitors to the Fun Corner at the Sha Tin Town Hall can also design their own puppets from now until November 8.
