The Government published in the Gazette today (October 26) proposed further amendments to works at Road T3 (Tai Wai Section). The proposed road works was gazetted and amended in 1998, 2002 and 2005.
The proposed amendments aimed at providing a slip road from the junction of Tai Po Road/Lower Shing Mun Road to Road T3 northbound carriageway.
The plan and the scheme are available for public inspection at the following places during office hours:
(i) Central and Western District Office, Public Enquiry Centre, Unit 5, Ground Floor, The Center, 99 Queen¡¦s Road Central;
(ii) District Lands Office, Sha Tin, 11th Floor, Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Sha Tin; and
(iii) Sha Tin District Office, Public Enquiry Service Centre, 4th Floor, Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Sha Tin.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed amendments should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 16th Floor, Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong not later than December 25, 2007.
