Flat selection for the Sale of Surplus Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) Flats Phase 2 will start tomorrow (September 27).
The current sale phase offers 3,255 flats distributed in 28 housing courts, among which more than 1,000 are unsold and more than 2,000 are returned flats. Applicants can now make appointments to view the designated returned flats in eight different courts - Tung Yuk Court, Aldrich Garden, Hong Yat Court, Kwun Hei Court, Yu Chui Court, Tin Shing Court, Glorious Garden and Lung Mun Oasis.
The new viewing arrangement has been well received by applicants. A total of 7,500 visitors have been recorded since the opening of these returned flats on September 17. So far, Tung Yuk Court, Aldrich Garden and Hong Yat Court are the three courts that have drawn the most attention.
The on-site show flats in Ka Keng Court in Tai Wai and Kingsford Terrace in Wong Tai Sin also hold an open house during the flat selection period.
