The Leisure and Cultural Services Department has extended the deadline for individuals and subvented non-governmental organisations to apply for operating stalls in Phase IX of the Arts Fun Fair at Lai Chi Kok Park.
The new deadline is September 12 (Wednesday).
The new round of the Arts Fun Fair will run from 1pm to 7pm on Sundays and public holidays from October 7, 2007, to September 28, 2008.
There will be 20 stalls at the loggia of Lai Chi Kok Park (Stage III) for displaying and selling recreational, art and cultural-related souvenirs as well as pre-packed traditional snacks. Services such as painting, photography, calligraphy and sketching will also be on offer.
Application forms are available at Sham Shui Po District Leisure Services Office, 7/F, Un Chau Street Municipal Services Building, 59 to 63 Un Chau Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon. The forms can also be downloaded from LCSD webpage http://www.lcsd.gov.hk/parks/lckp/en/specialties.php#3.
Completed application forms should be submitted with copies of any proof of professional knowledge in respective fields and samples of works or products before 5.30pm on September 12.
