The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 22) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to Neighbourhood & Worker's Education Centre Limited, CTU Education Foundation Limited and the Yuen Yuen Institute to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
