Youth portal slogan competition
*******************************

One-stop web portal Youth.gov.hk is now inviting entries for its slogan competition.

Youth.gov.hk is targeted at youths aged 15-24 providing tailored youth-related information with multimedia contents.

The latest exclusive episode from the "Career Kaleidoscope" section features a senior member of the Administrative Officer grade management sharing her working experience and providing tips for attending selection interviews. More information on other government posts will be covered in the episodes to come, which should not be missed by interested young job seekers.

Youth.gov.hk offers a wide range of contents for users. The website is updated with new multimedia content on a weekly basis. Information on interest classes and leisure and cultural activities is refreshed daily under the "Event Calendar" and "Interest Classes" sections. This is the most up-to-date and user-friendly information portal providing "at-a-glance" youth activities organised by the government or government-funded organisations.

The slogan competition of Youth.gov.hk is now open for entries. Creative slogans reflecting the content of the website are welcome. The competition has two categories: Chinese and English, each with a range of awards for the winners. Those interested can submit their online entry forms via Youth.gov.hk or the website of Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) at www.rthk.org.hk. The competition will close on October 18.

The Efficiency Unit has partnered with RTHK in developing the contents of the Youth Portal. The portal has about 40 bureaus/departments and some 120 related organisations as content providers. The portal was launched on August 3.
