Fun-filled juggling "Four Play" from the US (with photos)
*********************************************************

Renowned as the world's top juggling and comedy entertainers, the Flying Karamazov Brothers from the United States will turn the stage upside down with their amazing juggling "Four Play" next month (August).

The four brothers are full of weird and wonderful ideas. They are as deft with their musical instruments as they are with the amazing variety of objects that fly through the air. With incredible juggling and wacky humour, it is a show not to be missed this summer.

"Four Play" is one of the programmes of the summer spectacular International Arts Carnival presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

"They can tickle your brain while thrilling your eyes," said The Washington Post. "Their act really flies," said The New York Times.

From their early days on the streets to more recent appearances on Broadway, the Flying Karamazov Brothers (USA) have trod the stages of the most prestigious theatres around the world, incorporating everything from juggling, acrobatics to faux knife-throwing and jazz. The four brothers have also made numerous appearances on TV shows and movies, including the American TV sitcom Seinfeld.

"Four Play" will be staged at 7.30pm on August 10 and 11; at 3pm on August 11 and 12; and at 11am on August 12 at the Kwai Tsing Theatre Auditorium.

Tickets priced at $100, $180 and $260 are available at URBTIX outlets.

Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens, people with disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance recipients. Package discounts of up to 15% are available for full-price performing arts programmes/films of the festival.
