People have until July 16 to nominate their favourite healthy websites for the 2007 Meritorious Website Contest.
Jointly organised by the Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority (TELA), the Education Bureau, the Committee for Home-School Co-operation, the Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association and Radio Television Hong Kong, the contest aims to encourage young people to pay more visits to healthy websites which contain no objectionable material, and to give recognition to the producers of these websites.
The theme of this year's contest is "Surf smartly. Spend your time wisely". The websites will be judged according to their informativeness in enhancing visitors' knowledge and mentality; user-friendly presentation; systematic organisation; relevancy; reliability and attractiveness of presentation.
