The Chairman of the Strategy Sub-committee of the Council for Sustainable Development, Ir Otto Poon (left); the Vice-Chairman of the Council, Dr Edgar Cheng (centre); and the Convenor of the Council's Support Group on Better Air Quality, Mr Chandran Nair (right) today (June 2) held a press conference to explain the key areas of the Council's Invitation and Response document - "Clean Air Clear Choices" - and give a brief account of the public engagement process.
