HAD to open temporary night heat shelters

    The Home Affairs Department will open nine temporary night heat shelters tonight (May 29) for people in need of refuge from the heat.

     These centres will open from 10.30pm until 8 am tomorrow.

     Anyone seeking temporary refuge may call the department's enquiries hotline before midnight on 2835 1473 for more information.

     The nine night heat shelters are located at:
