Proposed footbridge across Hoi King Street and Cherry Street gazetted

    The Government today (May 4) gazetted a proposed covered footbridge across Hoi King Street and Cherry Street to facilitate a redevelopment project by the Urban Renewal Authority at Cherry Street in Tai Kok Tsui.

     The proposed covered footbridge will connect the proposed development at Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11162 and the existing footbridge linking HSBC Centre and MTR Olympic Station.

     Copies of the plan showing the proposed works are available for inspection at the following locations:

(i)  Central and Western District Office,
     Public Enquiry Service Centre,
     Unit 5, G/F., The Center,
     99 Queen's Road Central,
     Hong Kong

(ii) Yau Tsim Mong District Office,
     Public Enquiry Service Centre,
     G/F., Mong Kok Government Offices,
     30 Luen Wan Street, Mong Kok,
     Kolwoon

(iii)District Lands Office, Kowloon West,
     10/F., Yau Ma Tei Carpark Building,
     250 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei,
     Kowloon

     Any person who wishes to object to the proposed works should write to the Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works, 16/F, Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, by July 3.
