Exhibition on senior secondary schools this weekend
***************************************************

    Twelve senior secondary schools will hold a joint exhibition on Saturday and Sunday (April 28 and 29) to let the public know more about them.

     Senior secondary schools provide Secondary Three leavers with diversified and practical curricula.  Apart from Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination and Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination subjects, these schools also offer students other subjects like Commerce, Design, Tourism and Art.  Some of them also arrange short-term workplace internship programmes that allow students to get to know different occupations.

     Senior secondary schools provide a versatile articulation ladder for their Secondary Five graduates, including the traditional Advanced Level curriculum and diploma courses upon completion of Secondary Five.

     Secondary Three students may apply to senior secondary schools direct for admission from now on till the end of May, or apply for the schools' remaining Secondary Four places through the Central Allocation mechanism under the Junior Secondary Education Assessment System from June to July.

     The exhibition will be held from 11am to 6pm at Level 7, The Metropolis Mall, Hunghom, Kowloon.

     The 12 senior secondary schools participating in the exhibition are:

* Caritas Charles Vath College
* CCC Kung Lee College
* ECF Saint Too Canaan College
