The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to The Hong Kong Liver Foundation, Chaplain & Recreation Ministry Limited and The Hong Kong Road Safety Association to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
