Nomination form handed in for CE election

A nomination form for the Chief Executive election was handed in this morning (February 16) by Mr Donald Tsang Yam Kuen.
The Returning Officer, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah, is processing the nomination and will determine its validity in accordance with the law.
A nomination must be subscribed to by not less than 100 members of the Election Committee.
The nomination period, started on February 14, and will end at 5pm on March 1.
