Land resumption for development of local open space in Tuen Mun

    The Lands Department will resume one private agricultural lot with an area of about 499 square metres in Area 52 (Ching Chung), Tuen Mun to facilitate the development of local open space to meet the needs of the local community.

     A notice for the land resumption was published in the Gazette today (December 15).

     The project is scheduled to commence in late 2007 and will take about one year to complete.
