SHA congratulates HK rowing and table-tennis teams on winning medals in Asian Games

    The Secretary for Home Affairs, Dr Patrick Ho, today (December 7) extended his congratulations to the Hong Kong rowing and table-tennis teams to the Doha Asian Games on winning two silver medals.

     Lee Ka-man and Tie Ya-na have won a silver in Women’s Lightweight Single Sculls and Table-Tennis Women’s Singles respectively.

     Dr Ho said: “I am delighted that the athletes’ efforts have paid off. I heartily congratulate them on their outstanding performance.”

     So far the Hong Kong delegation has won two gold, five silver and four bronze in the Doha Asian Games.
